At the heart of every great event is a passionate and dedicated team. The Soul of Vietnam Victoria 2025 cultural festival is proud to be guided by a group of individuals who bring a wealth of experience, creativity, and community spirit to the table.
This festival is more than just an event — it is a long-awaited moment of representation and connection. It’s the first time Vietnamese culture will be celebrated so proudly and publicly in the capital city of British Columbia. And for us, it’s personal. We carry not only the traditions of our ancestors, but also the stories of our families, the warmth of our communities, and the hope of future generations.
Our board members bring diverse perspectives and strengths — from event planning and community outreach to cultural preservation, business development, and performing arts. What unites us is a shared love for our heritage, and a desire to share that love with people from all walks of life, whether they are Vietnamese-Canadian, newcomers, or simply curious visitors from across Vancouver Island and beyond.
Together, we are working tirelessly to shape an event that is inclusive, meaningful, and full of joy. Soul of Vietnam will feature traditional music and dance, fashion, food, and storytelling — but more than anything, it will be a space where people come together, see themselves represented, and feel a deep sense of belonging.
